Rodney Carr brings over seven years of experience in both residential mortgage lending and securities trading. His prime focus has always centered on client service and satisfaction. Starting with Franklin-Templeton Investments and eventually joining a young start-up venture at E*Trade Securities, Rodney has experienced the highs and lows of a start-up company in the volatile Wall Street environment. While working his way up to Customer Service/Trading Supervisor, Rodney learned how to listen and diffuse difficult situations, and bring resolution to tense disputes.
In the mortgage-lending field, Rodney worked as a mortgage consultant building a referral based network of clients and realtors. Assisting friends, family and referred customers to realize the dream of home ownership was always a fulfilling experience. Rodney continuously seems to be in the middle of a fast paced environment where change is common and flexibility is key.
Currently as a Property Manager at Smooth Sailing Realty and Property Management Rodney values the opportunity to work closely with owners and renters to bring them together in a mutually beneficial arrangement.
